Food lovers are invited to step into the kitchen at China Poblano for an immersive dim sum experience led by the restaurant’s expert chefs and dim sum masters. Guests will learn the art behind China Poblano’s signature dumplings through a live demonstration before rolling up their sleeves to create their own.

The ticket includes a dim sum demonstration and hands-on class, a welcome cocktail, all dim sum made during the experience and additional surprises from the kitchen.
