Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will welcome the iconic L.A. specialty foods destination The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills for a one-day-only pop-up held inside the resort’s Grid Iron Grill.

The shop, founded in 1967, will bring its celebrated cheeses alongside freshly prepared offerings. Bites will include signature sandwiches such as Le Rôti with roasted Double R Ranch ribeye with melted gruyère and havarti; Chicken Caesar Salad with grilled Jidori chicken; mini cheese boards featuring gouda, brie, and goat cheddar; house-made sweets like warm chocolate chip cookies and dolce ricotta; and specialty sides including Zippy Dill & Vinegar Potato Chips.
