Gaetano’s Ristorante will celebrate its partnership with Partanna, an Italian family-owned olive oil producer, with a special event showcasing the buttery flavor and light, peppery finish of its extra virgin olive oil, produced on a farm in Partanna, Sicily. Hosted by Nick Palmeri alongside fifth-generation family members Nino and Giuseppe Asaro, the ticketed event will feature dishes highlighting the olive oil, along with curated food and wine pairings. The event is timed to occur during the annual Pizza Expo trade show.
