Omakase Kyara will host an all-you-can-eat bluefin tuna and wagyu dinner It’s first-come-first-served, running all-night, with a walk-in format.
Beginning at 5pm, the kitchen will prepare and serve dishes continuously throughout the evening, with tuna and wagyu presented in multiple forms as they are cut and plated in real time. The walk-in format allows for a steady flow of offerings, with guests arriving at their convenience and dining within a one-hour seating window. Selections include tuna sashimi cuts such as otoro, chutoro and akami, spicy tuna and handrolls, alongside wagyu lettuce wraps and hot preparations.
Saturday, May 2, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. $120.
Drinks and desserts will be available for purchase separately.
