By popular demand, Wynn Las Vegas will once again partner with legendary cult winery Screaming Eagle to host an unforgettable wine dinner at SW Steakhouse on Saturday, June 6 at 7 p.m. As part of the Connoisseur by Wynn series, The Ultimate Screaming Eagle Wine Dinner offers guests a rare opportunity to experience multiple vintages from the winery’s private library cellar.

The dinner will feature a multi-course menu crafted by the resort’s Vice President of Culinary Operations, Chef Christopher Lee, and SW Steakhouse’s Executive Chef Mark LoRusso. The menu is designed to complement a selection of Screaming Eagle’s elegant and structured wines, including two vintages each of Sauvignon Blanc, The Flight, and the estate’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will be guided through the tasting by Estate Director Armand De Maigret, who will share insights into the winery’s history, winemaking philosophy, and meticulous vineyard practices.
