Join Chef Giovanni and his team at Monzu for an incredible evening of wines from Cascina Vengore, a natural amphitheatre in the heart of the Terre Alfieri (a small DOCG zone representing the ideal synthesis of the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions).
A wonderland of biodiversity, it contains 30 hectares of organically farmed woodlands and vineyards surrounding a traditional Piedmontese style farmhouse. It is rooted in three indigenous grape varieties of infinite potential — Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Arneis — and produced using traditional and sustainable methods with minimal intervention.
Chef Gio will prepare a vegan menu to honor the winemakers.
