Wynn Las Vegas will collaborate with two of the world’s most highly-coveted wineries for an unforgettable wine dinner on Saturday, May 2. In partnership with Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau d’Yquem, the exclusive dining experience held at PISCES Bar & Seafare will feature rare vintage and contemporary wine pairings from both wineries ranging from 1986 to 2023.
Hosted by longtime estate manager Pierre Lurton, the dinner is set against the rich interior of PISCES, with views overlooking the Lake of Dreams. The multi-course menu, presented by PISCES’ Executive Chef Martin Heierling, will be paired with three vintages of Yquem from 1986, 2006, and 2023, three vintages of Cheval Blanc from 2005, 2009, and 2014, and a 2023 Petit Cheval Blanc, as Lurton shares insight about each of the highlighted wines and stories from the cellar.
This dinner is part of Connoisseur by Wynn, a series of master classes, signature tastings, and culinary showcases led by Wynn’s acclaimed chefs and industry experts. Each event is designed to fuse education, elegance, and intimate hospitality for memorable guest experiences.
Tickets for the Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau d’Yquem wine dinner are $2,500 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity.
