Wolfgang Puck and his son Byron Lazaroff-Puck will wrap up their two-month Generational Tasting Tour, which has taken them to six countries and 15 restaurants, with a dinner at CUT by Wolfgang Puck at The Venetian. The meal will feature five courses with Chef Wolfgang presenting a dish that made him famous, followed by the same concept transformed and re-imagined through Byron’s eyes.
Wolfgang Puck is, of course, one of the world’s first celebrity chefs. Byron Lazaroff-Puck honed his skills in three-Michelin-star kitchens and brings a contemporary, global perspective to his cooking.
While the full menu will be a surprise to attending guests, highlights will include Wolfgang Puck’s Chinois Oyster and Kärtner Käsenudel with Caviar.
Thursday, April 30. 7 p.m. $395 per person (plus tax and tip), with an optional wine pairing for $150. To purchase tickets, click here.
