Gymkhana After Dark
The two Michelin-starred Gymkhana — London’s most celebrated Indian restaurant and the first of its kind on the Las Vegas Strip — opens its doors past dinner for one night only. The cocktail program is a destination in itself: the Bagheera, a spiced mezcal margarita built on chutney made with ants from the jungles of India; the Punch Trolley, a large-format tableside pour; reserve riffs on classics like The Boss Hog, their take on an Old Fashioned.
Passed bites move through rooms of dark polished wood, brass accents, and Rajasthani chandeliers, set to a soundtrack that has no interest in winding down. The setting does the rest: rich tapestries, moody lighting, a space that earns its atmosphere.
