Estiatorio Milos at The Venetian is introducing an intimate series of wine dinners this fall, beginning with an evening dedicated to the Island Wines of the Mediterranean, on Wednesday, October 14.
The first dinner will explore the distinct wines of the Mediterranean’s island regions, focusing exclusively on islands rather than the mainland. Guests will taste wines from Santorini, Kefalonia and Crete, alongside lesser-known wine destinations such as Tinos, Limnos and Cyprus.
The intimate experience begins with a welcome wine and meze or small aperitivo bite at 6:30pm, followed by a fully guided five-course dinner at 7:00pm, with a wine paired to each course. Throughout the evening, guests will learn about the featured producers, grape varieties, regions and tasting profiles, as well as the relationship between each wine’s terroir and its pairing. At the conclusion of dinner, guests will also have the opportunity to purchase featured wines at 30% off the restaurant menu price.
Wednesday, October 14. 6:30 p.m. arrival reception. 7:00 p.m. dinner. $185 per person, inclusive of food and wine.
