From wontons and wrappers to filling and dipping sauces, Wynn’s master dim sum chef Sandy Shi will host an interactive in-kitchen class and share her tips and techniques for creating professional Chinese dumplings, while also learning about precision methods for frying to crispy perfection. A casual dim sum brunch at Wing Lei will follow.
