Milkfish Bakeshop is coming to Durango Social Cluib with dishes shaped by memory, culture, and care. Inspired by Kimmie Mcintosh’s Filipino-American upbringing, MILKFISH lives somewhere between nostalgia and curiosity. Familiar flavors, imagined with intention. Made from the heart.
In 2024, Kimmie and Josh Mcintosh were named James Beard semifinalists for Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker, with Kimmie earning the nod again in 2026. For this DSC pop-up, Chef Kimmie of MILKFISH brings us a Kamayan feast, a traditional Filipino style of communal dining where food is laid across banana leaves and shared with your hands and your stories.
Your ticket includes a generous mix of Kimmie’s most beloved savory and sweet creations. Her wagyu empanadas, crisp and rich. Fried mochi, golden and chewy. A thoughtful selection of MILKFISH favorites, served the traditional way.
