Inspired by the exploding off-Strip local culinary scene, Vegas Unstripped is Las Vegas’ only festival by chefs, about chefs, and for the Vegas community. Created in 2018, VU is an independent, not-for-profit event focused on promoting local chef talent. Participating chefs are selected to represent the cutting edge of talent throughout the Vegas valley–each Chef is challenged to create unique dishes for the night reflecting their culinary vision.
Proceeds of the event cover chef expenses as needed, and then support local underserved charities serving the community. Tickets are priced affordably ($150 or $160, depending on when they’re purchased) to encourage participation from all food fans.
