Alinea Group’s acclaimed cocktail lounge, The Aviary, will take over The Vault at Bellagio for a monthlong engagement in May. The residency builds on the previously announced Alinea pop-up at Michael Mina, detailed here.

The Aviary will offer its signature cocktail experience in The Vault, pairing three of its most inventive drinks with curated bites of food. Known for theatrical presentations and boundary-pushing techniques, The Aviary brings the same spirit of experimentation that helped define Alinea’s global reputation. Read more about it here.

May 1 through May 31, Wednesday through Sunday. Three-course Experience: $175/person for parties of two to four. Limited à la carte menu for walk-in guests.
