Award-winning chef Grant Achatz is bringing Alinea, one of America’s most influential dining experiences, to Las Vegas.
From April 16 through May 31, Achatz will host a six-week residency inside Michael Mina Bellagio, as part of a national tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of his groundbreaking Chicago restaurant.
One of the most celebrated eateries in the country, Alinea has built its reputation on pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine. The restaurant is a defining force in molecular gastronomy and avant-garde dining, known for immersive tasting menus that blend science, creativity and storytelling.
The Bellagio residency marks the final stop on Alinea’s anniversary tour, following sold-out runs in cities including Brooklyn, Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Tokyo and Big Sky. During the Las Vegas engagement, Achatz and his team will collaborate with Bellagio chefs and local purveyors to create a menu that reflects both Alinea’s innovative approach and the city’s flavors.
