Wynn’s Vice-President of culinary operations, James Beard Foundation Award-honored chef Christopher Lee, will present an immersive demo at Wynn’s seafood restaurant, Pisces.  on shopping for, preparing, and cooking the perfect Valenciana-inspired paella. A casual paella lunch will follow his demo.
