A Passion for Pasta returns to Signature Series with this immersive class led by renowned chef Evan Funke of Mother Wolf. Chef Funke will take you through ten shapes, demonstrating technique, the tools, and the history and geography associated with each shape. A three-course pasta lunch with wine pairing featuring the shapes covered in class will follow. Class concludes with a take-home gift.
