The Brazilian Chicken Skewers at $10 for four are the value play. The Filet Wrapped in Bacon at $17 for four is where the steakhouse actually shows off. Add Balsamic Beets for $10 if you want something green on the table, and wash it all down with a Caipirinha or one of the Flavored Mojitos at $8.99. Made properly. Not as an afterthought.

The rooftop is the Bellagio fountain show with a cocktail in your hand. Happy hour runs daily from 3 pm to 6 pm with $1 wings, $3 beers and shots. Daily happy hour, including weekends, is rarer than it should be at this end of the Strip, so take advantage.
Stay past 6 pm and the rooftop shifts to $29 all-you-can-drink Margaritas and Spritzes from 6 pm to 9 pm. Go for happy hour. Stay for the sunset. The Strip looks good from up there.
Order this: $1 wings during happy hour, then switch to the AYCD Margaritas at 6 pm. That is a four-hour plan that costs less than one cocktail at the casino next door.
