ARIA Resort & Casino will kick-off Memorial Day weekend with the return of Diane’s Bloody Mary Brunch Party at Bardot Brasserie.

Hospitality entrepreneur Diane Mina, known for turning brunches into community experiences, will personally host, bringing her trademark warmth, first-class hospitality, and full line-up of garden-grown, perfected Bloody Mary recipes to complement the restaurant’s renowned French dining.

Guests can expect Bardot Brasserie’s celebrated a la carte brunch menu, alongside exclusive event dishes that pair perfectly with Diane’s signature Bloody Marys.
