Pick of the Week: Rebellion Market
Rebellion Pizza’s Rebellion Market Now Open

Five years ago, Co-Owners Ricky Lewis and Ryan Perras opened the artisanal Rebellion Pizza in the Anthem Village Center in Henderson. The longtime pizza business veterans spent several years at Pizza Rock and definitely know how to make a great pie. As a result, their first venture was so successful that in early 2025 they branched out, opening another location at 7240 West Azure Dr in Centennial. Now they have expanded again, with the opening of Rebellion Market.
Situated next to its original location in Anthem at 2540 Anthem Village Dr, an opening in the wall connects the market to the pizzeria, so guests can make their market purchases and walk through to grab a seat and enjoy one of the 28 locally brewed beers, which happens to be the largest local beer selection in Southern Nevada.
The market offers deli meats, cheese, fresh pastries and cinnamon rolls (traditional, Blueberry Streusel, and Walnut varieties), freshly baked bread, high-quality Italian DeCecco pasta, tinned fish, sauces, yeast, flour, balsamic vinegar, and about a dozen made-to-order seeded roll and focaccia sandwiches.

Ricky said, “It has a market vibe and is a specialty market unlike anything else in the area. The bread is healthier and more digestible because the flour we use has no bleach, no bromine, and no seed oils, and the dough is made from a starter with a 72-hour cold fermentation, so it has very little sugar.”
The unique sandwiches pack way more of a punch than the offerings at chain sandwich shops. My favorite is the Cheesesteak, featuring high-quality shaved ribeye, onions, and Cooper American cheese on a fresh sesame seed roll that I declare the best I’ve ever tasted. Other sandwiches include Vodka Chicken Parm with a breaded chicken cutlet, vodka sauce, and creamy stracciatella cheese; Hot Roast Beef with creamy horseradish, au jus, and provolone; Meatball Sub with four large meatballs, house marinara, melted provolone, and pecorino Romano; Roasted Veggie with portobello mushroom, eggplant, roasted red pepper, and feta; Pistachio Mortadella with pistachio pesto, Italian mortadella, and burrata; Turkey Bacon Ranch with provolone; and Caprese with pesto, tomato, fresh mozzarella and balsamic glaze.
Great deals are the day-old Sesame Roll for only $1 and Pullman Sandwich Loaf for $3. While you’re there, check out the beers. All eight taps pour local, and an additional 20 cans hail from every brewery that brews enough to supply outside accounts: Able Baker, Big Dog’s, CraftHaus, HUDL, Lovelady, Mojave, and Tenaya Creek.
Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the market and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the sandwiches. Plans are to eventually expand to 7 days a week.
Hats off to Owners Ricky Lewis and Ryan Perras for continuing to support our local breweries to such a large extent, and congrats on the opening of their new Market.
