The Night Shift Cocktail Competition will go all the way up on Tuesday, September 29, as the Las Vegas bartender showdown moves from Chef James Trees’ Arts District flagship Esther’s Kitchen, to his newest restaurant, High Stakes Vegas at the Rio Hotel & Casino.

Sponsored by Suntory Global Spirits, The Night Shift Cocktail Competition pits Las Vegas bartenders in a head-to-head bracket-style contest, showcasing their most inventive cocktail skills with a secret-ingredient format.

The competition has already held four heats, after-hours at Esther’s Kitchen. For the finale, all semi-final winners and runners-up have been invited to compete for the championship.

The winner will enjoy a prize package including dinner for two at High Stakes Vegas, the winning cocktail being offered on High Stakes’ seasonal menu, and more.
