Downtown Las Vegas’s only craft brewery with a dedicated raw bar and some of the best dollar oysters in the Arts District. A west side resort institution that closed, regrouped, and came back better. And a rock-and-roll Strip venue running happy hour twice a day, which is surprisingly generous for a Live Nation venue in Las Vegas.
Cin Cin Brewhouse and Seafood Happy Hour
👉 Oyster Happy Hour ⏰ Tue – Fri 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. 📍 Arts District
Cin Cin is the only craft brewery with a dedicated raw bar in the Arts District, and it’s genuinely hard to say whether it is a seafood joint with great beer or a brewery with a raw bar. Small-batch beers brewed on site, fresh oysters shucked to order, house-made sushi, and chef-driven seafood plates. Reviewers consistently call it one of the best hidden gems in Vegas, describe the oysters as the freshest and tastiest in town, and note that it looks like an auto shop from the outside and feels like a proper neighborhood bar once you walk in. Everyone is smiling in this place, and that is never a coincidence.
Dollar oysters Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Craft beer starts at $6. A full menu of sushi rolls and seafood plates runs alongside it. The Neto Toro Roll and Spicy Blue Crab Roll are the ones reviewers keep coming back for. Nothing glitzy about it. Just good seafood, good beer, and genuinely warm people running a room that the Arts District is better for having.

Hearthstone Kitchen and Cellar Happy Hour
👉 Foodie Happy Hour ⏰ Mon – Thu 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. 📍 Red Rock Resort (Summerlin)
A “Boomerang happy hour,” Hearthstone closed for a few years and came back. The return matters because Hearthstone at Red Rock Casino has always been one of the best west-side happy hours. Indoor and outdoor seating, a relaxed pace, food-driven, and a room that never gets too loud for an actual conversation. The kind of place that makes a weekday feel like it ended well.
The happy hour menu keeps it simple on purpose. Nine items total. Food runs $12, drinks run $9, and neither category is phoning it in. Apple quinoa salad, charcuterie board, meatballs… the food holds up. Craft cocktails, wine, and draft beer are $9 across the board. Easy after-work hang, casual afternoon visit, or the west side option when you want a little weekday luxury without making a reservation. It’s genuinely good to have it back.

House of Blues Happy Hour
👉 Rock n Roll Happy Hour ⏰ Daily 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (+9 p.m. to 11 p.m.) 📍 Mandalay Bay
House of Blues has been on and off with happy hour over the years, but this program appears to be sticking around and not just once but twice daily- which is the kind of commitment a venue earns when the menu actually delivers. True to its rock-and-roll heritage and priced better than you would expect for a premium Strip venue inside Mandalay Bay, the menu includes $7 beers, $12 cocktails, a $15 HOB Smash Burger, and a full menu of Southern-inspired bites that match the room’s energy without trying too hard.
The catch is the show calendar. HOB is a Live Nation venue, and shows take priority over happy hour, so check the schedule before you go and have a Plan B ready. On non-show days, the twice-daily window gives you two genuine chances to catch it. The 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. window makes a Strip evening feel like an upgrade without the bill that usually comes with it.
