Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab will host a wine dinner featuring Chappellet Vineyards with special guests Dominic and Amy Chappellet. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception featuring a pour of Chappellet Chenin Blanc, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The dinner pairings are:

• Chilean Seabass & Chappellet Grower Collection Sangiacomo Vineyard Chardonnay
• Colorado Lamb Chop & Chappellet Cabernet Franc
• Deconstructed Beef Wellington & Chappellet Merlot
• Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Crème Brûlée
