Recent renovations opened up the space. The AC is cold. And the new $10 across-the-board menu runs from handcrafted Italian Spritzes to original Italian bites you won’t find anywhere else in this zip code. Baked Clams Oreganata at $10. Nicole’s authentic Italian Spritz at $10. The not-so-hidden gem is officially out of hiding. Go before the rest of the city catches up.

Emeril’s has been on the Strip since 1995 and somehow just now launched happy hour. Which means the timing for National Oyster Day on August 5 is either genius or a very happy accident. Thirty-one years of bold New Orleans flavors, warm Southern hospitality, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list, and it took until 2026 to make the bar accessible at 3 PM. Better late than never.
The menu makes up for lost time. Two-dollar freshly shucked oysters. A Sazerac Rye Old Fashioned or Blueberry Lemon Drop at $8. Well cocktails at $7, wine $9 to $10, beer $5 to $7. One of the most decorated seafood restaurants on the Strip, suddenly very easy to walk into on a Tuesday afternoon.

Echo and Rig is elegant, modern, and built on the premise that upscale steakhouse food should not require a Strip price tag. The Henderson location at The District at Green Valley Ranch takes that seriously. And the daily rotating $5 happy hour menu is the most creative format on the east side of the valley right now.
Every day of the week has its own identity. Masa Monday brings steakhouse tacos with Latin flair. Cheesy Tuesday is a B.L.T.C. with bacon, tomato, arugula, and cheddar. Wing Wednesday is dry-rubbed chicken wings with sweet Hawaiian chile glaze. Juicy Lucy Thursday is a stuffed and draped cheddar burger. Fish Friday is fish and chips with sea salt vinegar chips.
