Vegas Happy Hours This Week: July 8, 2026

Happy Hours This Week: A James Beard Semifinalist, a 40-year Institution, and the Best Sushi Deal on the Strip

Three happy hours this week, all earning their spot on the list. A new Arts District debut from one of the most respected hospitality groups in Vegas. An Italian institution that has been doing it right since 1985. And a local sushi favorite on the Strip that keeps getting better. Different neighborhoods, different menus. All worth a visit this week.

🥐 Bar Boheme | The Arts District
Happy Hour Daily 4 PM to 6 PM

When James Trees opened Bar Boheme on Main Street, the Arts District got something it had been quietly waiting for: a proper French bistro with the kind of pedigree that makes you pay attention. Created by Chef James Trees, a 2026 James Beard semifinalist, Bar Boheme is led by Chef Sean O’Hara and sits in rare company as a restaurant barely a year old that is still taking reservations like a neighborhood spot.

It sits on an idyllic corner location with big windows facing Main Street. Chic but relaxed. The menu runs from escargot to steak frites to what regulars have quietly declared the best burger in the Arts District. The happy hour makes it all accessible. Escargot at $4. The Le Hamburger, poutine, and a martini for around $35 total.

This one just landed, and the word is already out. Go early, go often, and go before the rest of the city figures out what the Arts District already knows.

🍝 Ferraro’s Ristorante | Off Strip, Paradise Road
Ora Sociale Daily — 4 PM to 7 PM

What started as a six-table pizzeria and deli has grown into an internationally award-winning fine dining restaurant. Ferraro’s doesn’t call their happy hour a happy hour. They call it Ora Sociale (Social Hour) and the distinction matters. Ferraro’s has earned the Gambero Rosso Tre Forchette award, becoming one of only eight U.S. establishments to achieve the highest rating for authentic Italian cuisine, and that means $10 meatballs in the bar every afternoon. That’s the whole joke and the whole point.

The happy hour runs daily from 4 to 7 PM in the bar, lounge, and patio areas, which means you can settle in for the long version. The Polpette con Polenta – pork and beef meatballs over creamy cornmeal at $10 is the entry point. The Carpaccio di Manzo is the move, and for $16, don’t overthink it. Second-generation Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro credits consistently good food, quality service, and the family feeling you experience when you walk through the doors.

Locals have known about this for years. If you haven’t been, Ora Sociale is the right way to start. Or, try Ferraro’s new summer menu (limited time).

🍣 Kusa Nori | Resorts World Las Vegas
Happy Hour Sun–Thu 5 PM to 10 PM | Sat 5 PM to 6:30 PM | Closed Friday

Kusa Nori is a modern Japanese restaurant serving classic and innovative Japanese dishes, plus an extensive selection of sake. Menu highlights include oysters, specialty rolls, sashimi and nigiri, robata meats, and seafood. The room itself is worth the trip — dim lighting, an eye-catching, sprawling octopus mural and dancing fish shadows on the floor under colorful spotlights. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re eating somewhere intentional.

The updated happy hour menu is the best version yet. Hand rolls during happy hour include the Ikura Salmon and Tsurai Yellowtail, while cocktails like the Honeydew List, made with Tito’s vodka, Khee soju, cantaloupe syrup, honeydew, and lemon, keep the drinks as interesting as the food. Hand rolls run $8 each. The move is to add the Jidori Chicken Karaage or the Bluefin Tuna Tartare for $16 to get the full story.

Free parking for locals. Chic, elegant, and genuinely accessible in a way that Strip restaurants rarely manage. This is the happy hour you take someone to when you want them to think you know what you’re talking about.
