Taste of Station Coming to Red Rock Resort Pool

Station Casinos is preparing to showcase the breadth of its restaurant portfolio with a new culinary event at Red Rock Resort.

The pool at Red Rock

The inaugural Taste of Station will take place poolside at Red Rock, bringing together chefs and dishes from more than 20 restaurants across the company’s Las Vegas properties. The open-air tasting event is designed to give guests the chance to sample a wide range of cuisines while enjoying live entertainment and a lively social atmosphere.

Joe Yalda, Vice President of Guest Experience for Station Casinos, says the goal is to highlight the variety of dining options available throughout the company’s properties.

“We wanted to create a very lively open-air culinary experience where you can come out and try a little bit of everything,” Yalda said during an interview on the Food and Loathing podcast. “The whole purpose of this was to show the variety and the bandwidth of what we’re capable of on the culinary side.”

Participating restaurants will represent Station Casinos’ full culinary portfolio. Guests can expect bites from well-known venues such as T-Bones Chophouse, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis, and Niko’s Prime Cuts and Fresh Fish, along with seafood offerings from Blue Ribbon Sushi & Oyster Bar and selections from newer concepts, including Irv’s Burgers and the upcoming With Love, Always.

Yalda says the format draws inspiration from the poolside “dine-around” events that were once a staple of the Las Vegas dining scene, but with a renewed focus on variety and social interaction.

“If someone wants to come out and try … most of our restaurants in one night in one area, this would be the time to do it,” he said. “It’s more than just eating around. The social aspect of being with people who are like-minded when it comes to food is always a fun time.”

Tickets for Taste of Station are available now through the Red Rock Resort website, or you can click here. VIP tickets are already sold out, but the available General Admission tickets offer unlimited food and drink for just $100. We’re told they’re selling quickly.
