Wynn Las Vegas is expanding its Connoisseur Series with a fresh slate of spring and early-summer events, offering guests a chance to go beyond dining and into hands-on, behind-the-scenes culinary experiences.
The series, which blends education with access to some of the resort’s top chefs and visiting personalities, continues to evolve with a mix of interactive classes, tastings, and one-of-a-kind dinners. Recent additions to the lineup highlight both star power and expertise in topics ranging from barbecue and pastry to wine and mixology.
Among the highlights is BBQ with “The Smoke Queen” Winnie Yee, a live-fire experience featuring pitmaster Winnie Yee, alongside a return from Food Network personality Chef Jet Tila, who will host both a cooking demonstration and a guided Thai dining experience in Las Vegas. Guests can also step into the kitchen with Wynn’s pastry team for Perfect Danish Pastry at Home, or explore cocktail culture during the Lucci Lambrusco Cocktail Tasting with Ashley Graham.

The series continues its reputation for pairing culinary experiences with storytelling and expertise, offering guests a rare opportunity to engage directly with chefs, mixologists, and culinary personalities in an intimate setting.
Additional events range from themed cooking demonstrations to hands-on instruction at Wing Lei and dessert-focused experiences at SW Steakhouse. Most events are intentionally limited in size, reinforcing the insider feel that has become a hallmark of the series.
Reservations are required for all events, with tickets and full details available through Wynn Las Vegas. A selection of upcoming experiences can also be found on the Food & Loathing event calendar.
